In 1968, Louise Green (Mrs. John M.) was instrumental in organizing the Williamson County Newcomers Club. The Club, a non-profit organization, is a group of caring women whose purpose is to welcome, offer friendship and provide information about this community to women new to the Williamson County area. Membership is open to anyone interested.
